Submitting a form or contacting us through the website does not constitute a confirmed booking or rental agreement. All rental arrangements are finalized through direct communication with our team.
3. Rental Process
All rental details, including availability, pricing, payment terms, and any additional services, are communicated and agreed upon directly between the customer and “Ocean Space” outside of the website. A rental is considered confirmed only after direct agreement between both parties.
4. Eligibility Requirements
To rent a boat, the customer must:

5. Use Of The Boat
The renter agrees to use the boat responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The number of passengers must not exceed the maximum capacity specified for each vessel.
The renter is fully responsible for the proper use of the boat during the rental period. The renter should obey 100% to Captain orders.
6. Fuel Policy
Boats must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery. Or boat fuel will be calculated based on the current prices (e.g. 4 euro per mile at sea at economy speed of 17 miles).
7. Insurance
All boats include comprehensive insurance coverage.
The renter remains responsible for any damage, misuse, or violation of terms that may not be covered by insurance and for all damages to the boat made by the renter with a deductible of 2000 euros at least.
8. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required prior to the rental. The terms and conditions of the deposit are communicated directly to the customer during the rental process.
9. Limitation Of Liability
OCEAN SPACE is not liable for:
The renter assumes full responsibility for their actions and the use of the vessel during the rental period.
10. External Factors
OCEAN SPACE is not responsible for any disruption or changes caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, port authority restrictions, or technical issues.
11. Website Use
